Description:
The First Great Awakening was a religious revival in Great Britain that brought people back to church. Lead by George Whitefield who preached in front of crowds of people all over England and Scotland. Whitefield eventually became an ordained priest in the church of England. After some time, Whitefield set sail for the thirteen British colonies to preach some more.
