Raymond Fielding runs 105 Hill Top Road as a halfway house associated with the local diocese. The exact timeframe is unclear. It is known that Raymond inherited the house from his father Alfred in 1957. In MAG 8, it is stated that the halfway house was run in the 1960s. Unfortunately this is only an estimate, due to the fact that people will tend to refer to the decade in which an event largely took place, even if it partially occurred in other decades. Due to how close 1957 is to the 1960s, it is still possible that Raymond immediately began using the home as a halfway house, making 1957 the earliest possible time it was used as such. We also know that the house at 105 Hill Top Road was used as a halfway house until Raymond's disappearance, meaning the latest possible date it could have been used is late 1971.
