Description:
-Executive directive announced by President Obama in June of 2012-Individuals could apply for deferred action if they had come to the U.S. before their sixteenth birthday; were under age 31
-The DACA was ruled unconstitutional and was agreed on by a judge but was allowed to stay in effect until the litigation process was over
