Description:
Moderate first revolution. Third estate broke away from the Estates-General to form their own government. Much of the anger in this stage was from unfair taxes and food shortages which led to unhappy peasants. While this was a revolution, the ideas were not very "revolutionary", yet.Added to timeline:
