Description:
A joint Anglo-French memorandum (T/931) submitted to the TC's ninth session concluded that the Ewe demand represented the wishes of only a minority of the population in an area which would.Furthermore, neither side was willing to be governed by the other’s administering authority. The memorandum admitted failure to achieve participation of the parties memorandum boycotting the Consultative Commission, nevertheless fulfilled its purpose.
