Description:
Since UNIX was orginally written in assembler the final thing that was left before the standard version on UNIX was created was to rewrite the Operating System in C. In 1973 UNIX was rewritten in the C Programming language, which set the standard for the version of UNIX we've all come to know and love!Added to timeline:
