Barrel Select Gold – Belgian style golden Ale aged on Italian Oak with house Brett and Lacto strains. Crisp, dry, slightly tart start working into an oaky finish. (For the wine drinkers, think New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc start with an Oaky Chardonnay finish.)

Barrel Select Green - This is Barrel Select Gold amped up with a dry hop of whole Leaf Eldorado. Light salinity on the inside of the lips at the start with the hop profile being more juicy. As the Brettanomyces takes over towards the middle it begins to mellow and work into an soft oaky finish with a slight tartness.

Barrel Select Black – This dark black sour starts with a soft, puckering sour on the front of the pallet and morphs into a soft, semi-sweet chocolate middle. The finish has a touch of roast from the malt mixed in with soft tartness. This was created as an outlet for something more unique and fun interpretation on the style.
