As soon as I have an answer, I will let you know. Looks like a May/June timeframe to start but I’ll have to get a confirmation through the sequencing submittal. Thank you Travis Farris Project Manager tfarris@mgccontractors.com 210-694
Specs: The anticipated notice to proceed (NTP) for this Project is April 26, 2022. Respondent shall use this date for developing the proposed project schedule.

John, We are notifying SAWS that we would like to schedule the first two sets of digesters to begin draining on 2/26/2024. We would like to get APG on the books for the first week of March 2024 to begin mobilizing. Do you recommend having a on site meeting or Teams meeting to discuss logistics of APGs scope? If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Best, Hugo Guillen Project Engineer Mobile 210-717-6424 Texas Office 210-694-0565 www.mgccontractors.com

John, After the schedule update we did this morning, we are expected to be ready for APG to be on site ready to start cleaning June 4th. Please contact Omar or myself to schedule when you would like to start sending equipment back on site. Thanks, Hugo Guillen Project Engineer Mobile 210-717-6424 Texas Office 210-694-0565 www.mgccontractors.com
Hi John, Following up on our phone conversation yesterday, I’d like to confirm that the start date for APG’s draining operations will need to be postponed. The new scheduled start date is July 7th. This delay is due to unforeseen issues with existing equipment at the Steven M. Clouse facility, which fall outside the scope of our work. These equipment failures have impacted the completion of critical testing required to turn over DIG 5 and 7. As a result, we are unable to take DIG 6 and 8 offline and be
Possible delay until early to mid August
