I was born in Bangladesh on
September 20, 2017. Seven months
later, I moved to the US. My whole family
was born there except my sister.2008 was the year I passed my early
entrance test in order to attend preschool.
I was very excited to be able to go to school
at an age, earlier than most students.2014 was the year I started
attending middle school.
Although middle school was
tough, I was determined to
complete it with good grades.I wrote an essay following the
prompt to attend RAHS. Luckily
was chosen in the lottery.My team won the MESA
competition at Microsoft.
We programmed a
simulation about celestial
bodies in our known
galaxy.My family moved to the US
from Bangladesh. We settled
in an apartment in downtown
Seattle.My parents were married
in Jessore, Bangladesh.
Before they were married,
my parents were in Japan
since my dad was getting
his P.h.D.My sister was born in Seattle
so she was the first in our
family to be born outside of
Bangladesh. She has had her
citizenship longer than any of us.We got a condominium in Tukwila.
Since the space was limited in the
apartment, our family decided to move.2011 was the first year we went
to California as a family. We visit
the state almost every year since
it's very enjoyable and the
weather is nice too.
