Birth The day I was born
The Move: At about age 3, my parents moved to North Dakota, where I grew up.
Learned About Startups: When I was 14, I attended my first "startup" event. I knew right away that entrepreneurship was what I wanted to do with my life.
Graduated from High School Alone: Earlier in the year, my dad got a job in Arizona, and the rest of my family moved down. I stayed to finish my last year of highs School alone.
Backpacked Alone: For the first time in my life, I not only travelled, but also backpacked Costa Rica Alone
Changed Major to Liberal Arts: After a rough 2 years of college, I realized that I hated engineering and had to make a change in my life.
Year of Travel: After Graduating from ASU, I begin my year of exploration, and backpack across the world.
The Purpose: After traveling and seeing the world for a year, I make my return back to the US. I immidiatly begin work on my first startup.
Cash Out: After an incredible run, I end up selling my first startup to a bigger company. I use my newfound wealth to begin exploring more serious issues the world desperatly needs to solve.
Refinding Purpose: After years of sweat and hardwork, I decide to take a serious look at my life's work and what must be done to ensure its positive impact on humanity.
Charitable Work: At the age of 40, I decide that part of life is being charitable. I begin serious work with nonprofits.
Midlife Crisis: At my midlife crisis, I begin to realize I cannot do everything with my life. I begin to invest in others.
Death: At the age of 57, I died from cancer.
Cancer Diagnosis: I learn that I have pancreatic cancer, and at most I have 2 years left to live. Desperately try to leave my mark on the world.
For the Kids: I decide to start taking my motto, "Do it for the Kids", seriously, and begin to focus my charitable efforts on efforts for the kids.
More Relaxation: After years of work, I begin to start taking a stepback from my work, putting other in charge.
Near Death Experience: In a neawr fatal car crash, I learn of my mortality. I begin cramming my days more.
