is shown to be guilty. However, due to
Chico's general nuisance to the other
people of the realm,
serious uncooperation and a threat
against Muscovy & Tsaritsyn,
Chico is BANNED and Farmer
is place on temporary probation.
It should be noted that Farmer
was cooperative and offered
compensation and therefore
