The Chinese study that predates the French study, potentially, at the very beginning.
Then it depends on how much you want to include. Perhaps the American Frontline Doctors Press conference and Dr.Harvey Risch's 'study' in support of HCQ.
There's also the JAMA study that was submitted and retracted.
I don't know if you want to include all the RCTs that indicate there is little to no efficacy in between Lancet study removed and the organizations stopping trials.
