Get lots of sleep because college will stress you out.
Do not drink lots of alcohol, it will affect you negatively.
Exercise because if you had kids then your body is going to be in bad shape.
Let yourself have fun and don't stress too much!
Your kids are probably going to be in their teens by now, they are going to get into trouble but don't let that stress you out too much.
Relax and eat healthy.
Do things that make you happy, like playing guitar or traveling.
Always take lots of vitamins, they keep your body in good shape.
Remember to wear sunblock, your skin dries out very easily.
Go on a trip, to the beach and relax so you can give your body and brain a break.
