On September 1916, Roald Dahl was born.
In 1920, Roald Dahl's father dies so his mother is left to raise 6 children by herself.
On July 1953, Roald Dahl marries Patricia Neal and it marks the beginning of their new life, raising five children with her.
On November 1962, tragedy struck as his daughter, Olivia, died from measles.
On December 1960, his son, Theo, suffered from brain damage because of an accident.
November 1939, Roald Dahl joins the Royal Air Force.
1940, Roald Dahl gets into a plane crash, leaving him severely injured. As a result, he quit the air force and had multiple surgeries.
On November 23, 1990 Roald Dahl passes away.
On August 1, 1942 his first piece of writing was published on "Saturday Evening Post". Following that, many of his work appeared on other big magazine companies.
Married his second wife Felicity in 1983.
