Meeting with SLT to share proposed timeline. Early introduction to staff team in briefing to share the timeline of developing the new behaviour system (Meeting with pastoral team ahead of whole staff) Then spend a couple of days shadowing the pastoral team.
Attend CPD and ask staff for support in completing a staff voice survey on behaviour and attitudes. Perhaps a letter to parents to let them know we are in the process of revising the behaviour system and would welcome any constructive input they would like to offer. Can contact me directly.
Presentation to SLT of results of the survey and proposals on the activities of the working party that will be put together.
