A big earthquake happens on October 5, 2005 with a Richter Scale of 7.6
Maulana Fazlullah starts Mullah FM and the Taliban come to Swat Valley sometime in 2007
The First Battle of Swat begins on October 25, 2007 and ends December 8, 2007
At the end of 2008, Maulana Shah Dauran announced that all girls' schools would close on January 14, 2009
