-Rheum workup for thrombocytopenia/hypercoagulable state:
ANCA, c-ANCA, p-ANCA, centromere, Jo-1, LKM, ANA, RNP, dsDNA, Sm, Scl-70., chromatin, SSA, SSB, AT- III, factor VIII activity, protein C &S function [ALL unremarkable]
TJLBx= no evidence of cirrhosis. Findings consistent with likely Nodular regenerative hyperplasia
