Birth of Nicolaus Copernicus on February 19, 1437
His father and mother die when he is 10. He is then adopted by his uncle, the prince-bishop in Warmia.
He moves residence to Frauenburg.
He introduces his heliocentric model through 'Little Commentary'
Frauenburg is destroyed by Teutonic Knights, and Copernicus works to rebuild the town.
Copernicus finishes his book, 'On the Revolutions of the Celestial Spheres' but he waits to publish it.
He dies soon after publishing his book 'On the Revolutions of the Celestial Spheres'
