Rome was a dangerous place during the 70bc.
"Politicians and generals went to war to increase
there powers even as political order broke down in Rome ."
But politically inspired riots to restor the power of the tribunes.
All in while more people throughout the republic come to the
city and adding more confunsion.pompey's allies in the Senate
ordered Caesar to give up his
command of his armies.Caesers army chased Pompeys
forces for a year. Then they
finally defeated Pompey in Greece .
But Pompey was killed
when the king of Egyptian
ordered him to be killed.When Caeser returned to Rome
he made himself dictator for life.
He worked to improve roman society
many people resented the way he gained power.
They were also concerened he wanted to be king of rome.Ceasar has reduced the senators power.
The senators feaared that his power would grow.
A group of senators attacked Caesar
in the senate and stabbed to deathTheir army caught up to the killers near
Philippi in northern Greece.
Anthony and Octavian soundly
defeated their opponents.
After the battle, the last of Caesar´s
murders killed themselves.Antony behavior was not good so it led to
civil war.
Octavian sent a fleet to attack Anthony.Romans had taken over Gual
and much of central EuropeOctavian announced that he was
giving up his power to the senate.

Caeser was a good general. the romans admired his bravery and
his skill in battle and his soldiers respected him for treating them well.
Caesar conquared almost all of Gual-an
area that today is france.
