Day 1 - met "Amy"K-2 ACE teacher, Ms. Linda, paired me with 1st grader "Amy"First Homework Helpworked with Amy on writing. She had an envelope with a sentence that I am guessing she said but her teacher wrote for her. She glued the words in order and said she could read it but I think she just memorized it. I would cover the rest of the sentence and ask her to read a word and she couldn't. I asked her to identify the letters as she wrote them, mixed up u and y. Had to look at alphabet hanging in room and sing them in order to identify h.
