In 1783 Henry Cort invtened the steel roller for steel production.
Around the 1830's steel was now used very much in the farming process.

1873 Barbed wire was invented.
In 1855 the Bessemer process was introduceds makin steel and inexpensive item to get.
In 1865 the open hearth furnace was introduced making it easier to make steel in bulk.
