Description It is the period of time that studies the life of the primitive man, from his appearance of the earth until the invention of the writing was given.
PERIOD OF STONE Used the stone to make their utensils, weapons, tools and everyday instruments this period was divided into two important periods: Paleolithic and Neolithic
NEOLITIC PERIOD Used polished stone to improve and transform their tools and weapons. The first houses were built, the man learned how to polish the stone and the agriculture was discovered, the man domesticated the animals and the invention of the ceramic and socially organizedin a sedentary community.
PALEOLITIC PERIOD Carved stone was used and was its main material. which was used to make knives, lances and scrapers- the man lived in caves, fed on plants, fruits and seeds, they hunted wild animals which they used their skin to cover themselves, they also engaged in fishing
(3000 AC) ANCIENT
- Begins the invention of writing, so is created the writing by mesopotamians along with greeks - In Greek born the democracy - Roman Empire: Emergence and growth of mining - Is created Hammurabi, the first legal code, also the pyramids of Egypt and other monuments nowadays - Civilization is said to have begun at Sumer in 3200 BC

In this stage emergence a growing in the economy with a comercialization of gold and silver, people were verytalented with astronomy and development of mathematical system and as if that were not enough the Spaniards arrives in America in 1492 and find a continent inhabited long ago by different civilizations. The three most outstanding cultures at this time (postclassic period) are the Mayas, Aztecs and Incas.
POSTCLASSICAL (years 900 to 1521):
period is the last period of pre-Hispanic history, was interrupted by the violent invasion of the Spanish in Mesoamerican territory and the subsequent conquest and colonization of Mexico.
Its beginning can be fixed in the fall of Constantinople or in the discovery of America and whose end can be placed in the French Revolution
MODERN (S. XV to 1789)
CHARACTERISTICS • the values of modernity (progress, communication, reason) • they were slowly developing: capitalism and the bourgeoisie; and the political entities that do it in parallel: the nation and the State. • In the Modern Age were found the two "worlds" that had remained almost absolutely isolated since the Prehistory: the New World (America) and the Old World (Eurasia and Africa).
