The apprenticeship scheme is 'overhauled' (new people in charge) , change in management.
Lecturers are brought in from different places. Actually interesting and engaging speakers.
People were starting not to turn up and session at the college were boring
Many apprentices have left since the we started at Ada, but the quality of teaching and learning has improved drastically.
