Ismail was issued a final written warning for having his new manager, Michael Molinari work shifts alone after only being employed for three days.
New Front of the House Manager, David, closed by himself without having completed his training. He did not know how to submit credit cards and was unsure on the closing procedures.
New Front of the House Manager Yutaka was allowed to close by himself after working only three days.
New sous chef Juan was allowed to work a closing shift by himself in the kitchen on his first day back working with us. I(BW) contacted Ismail by phone about this and he told me orientation and new hire paperwork was completed that day by Mani. I called Mani immediately afterwards and confirmed that she nor anyone else had completed the new hire/onboarding process with him
