-USA- Challenger Explosion Launched for 73 seconds, then exploded killing all 7 astronauts.

-USA- Cassini - Huygens Mission launched A satellite that orbited around Saturn for over 20 years, sending back pictures.

-USA- Kepler Mission launched A satellite searching and researching Earth sized planets orbiting other stars.

-USA- Cassini-Huygens Mission Completion Satellite burned up in Titan's atmosphere while relaying scientific data back to Earth.
