june 17, 1775- The Battle of Bunker Hill engages.
sept 10, 1775- A mutiny occurs with the Pennsylvania riflemen.
sept 9, 1775- money for wages is given by congress.
oct 24, 1775- The British engulf Falmouth into flames.
oct 26, 1775- King George sheds light to Parliament.
nov 25, 1775- the British send the poor across the Back Bay.
dec 9, 1775- Enlistments for the Connecticut troops expire.
dec 30, 1775- British ship arrives into the harbor with reinforcement soldiers.
jan 16, 1776- The Attack on Quebec has failed.
jan 8, 1776- Washington commands General Lee to ready the defenses of New York.
mar 17, 1776- The British depart Boston.
mar 4, 1776- The Rebels continue onto Dorchester Heights.
apr 4, 1776- George Washington departs for New York.
jun 9, 1776- The British set sail from Halifax to New York.
jun 28, 1776- Thomas Hickley was hanged.
jul 8, 1776- The full text of the Declaration of Independence is completely circulated around New York.
July 2, 1776- British land onto Staten Island, New York.
jul 2, 1776- congress votes to "dissolve" all connections with Britian.
aug 20, 1776- Greene is temporarily demoted as commander.
dec 26, 1776- the Americans successfully take back Trenton.
aug 27, 1776- British began assault.
aug 29, 1776- Americans retreat to New York.
sep 12, 1776- rebels abandon New York.
sep 16, 1776- Battle of Harlem Heights.
