Description:
A Chinese scholar and philosopher whose values addressed political and social order. Confucian ideals were moral, ethical, and politically driven and he believed in “superior individuals” with strong morals and a good education. He left the Lu Court to try and find a more influential government position elsewhere. (2.1)
