The Progressive Era (1 janv. 1890 – 31 déc. 1920)
Description:
the progressive era was an era that made the everyday citizen of America think differently and try to change the ways that industry, Urbanization, Immigration, and corruption in Government occurs. Our Generation loosely takes influence from this era as in they are trying to change the social norms and make life more "Open to Diversity" even though a lot of the things that are occurring nowadays are putting down a very large portion of the nation and that portion of the nation is kind of just sitting and taking it but one day they will rebel against the oppression and that is a day that everyone knows is coming but no one wants it to.
