Red Scare (1 janv. 1917 – 31 déc. 1920)

Description:

After Russia withdrew from WWI, anti-Communist sentiment grew in the United States. This prompted a nationwide panic called the Red Scare in which many people were afraid that Communism would impose on the States. In April, the postal service confiscated 30 suspicious packages and in June eight bombs were set off within minutes of each other in eight cities.
