Description:
The Xol Brothers tour most of Neptune, conducting a covert operation on behalf of Wilmer. This is how they prove themselves to him, as they promised to do anything for Wilmer so long as he didn't turn them in to the Corpus following their botched bank heist.
Maku, however, was behind, and in an attempt to find clues as to Nef Anyo's whereabouts, she mostly ended up finding empty Data Vaults and the Xol Brothers' traps. All digital information that was of substance was copied and then wiped from the cloud, device, or server, and VIPs were either questioned and then executed, or kidnapped, interrogated, and then executed.
Maku became fed up with the scraps of information she was receiving from grunts, so instead, she set her sights on the Xol Brothers themselves, since they had become the most comprehensive source of information. And so, she began tracking the mysterious entity or entities that were sabotaging her efforts to get at Nef Anyo's throat.
