Selma March (7 mars 1965 – 21 mars 1965)
Description:
This march was a 3 part march that took place for 54-miles, from Selma to Montgomery. This march was to fight for African American voter rights. Although it was a non-violent protest many people were harmed and injured during the marches by anti-protesters.
