The Sino-Indian War (20 oct. 1962 – 21 nov 1962)
Description:
This war was over border disputes of the Himalayan mountains. It was also the first war between India and China, and it ended with the Chinese securing their Western borders. This was effected by the Cold War because it occurred when tensions were high. Also, it affected the Cold War because it shut down all possible chances that Japan and China could ally to go against the Cold War superpowers (US and Soviet Union).
