Description:

A meeting between US President George H. W. Bush and Soviet General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev took place on December 2–3, 1989. During the summit, the end of the Cold War would be announced. Winston Churchill, Joseph Stalin, and President Franklin D. Roosevelt agreed on a post-war plan for Europe.
