Description:
On June 6 1944 American, British and Canadian forces invaded France trying to liberate the country. The day before allies began broadcasting the French resistance to start sabotaging the Axis and the Allies dropped tin foil to confuse the Germans radars. Allies launched their attacks on 5 beaches, the largest amphibious assault in the world. The Germans were caught off guard and after 5 hard fought days the Allies came out victorious.
