1 janv. 1767 - Townshend Act 1767. This act established
the right for Britain to tax the colonies.
They made it because there was a violent
uproar after the sugar act and the stamp
act were made because the colonists were
frustrated that Britain taxed them even
though they have no representation in
parliament
