1 janv. 1903 - Rasputin
Description:
Rasputin was a healer and eventually advisor to Czarina Alexandra . He came to the attention of the court for his healing abilities, and he helped heal the Czar's son, Alexis, of hemophilia. Rasputin became the Czarina's advisor, and influenced her decisions greatly. As Russia became even more unstable, Alexandra and Rasputin were blamed. Eventually Rasputin was tricked by nobles to attend a dinner, where the nobles attempted to kill him by putting cyanide in his food, but that did not have any affect on him. The conspirators ended up shooting Rasputin, wrapping him in a carpet, and tossing him into the Neva River. Because it took so much effort to kill him, Rasputin's death became legendary.
