18 mars 1766 - Repeal of the Stamp Act

Description:

After many protests against the Stamp Act, the Parliament voted to repeal it. Along with the repeal, the British issued the Declaratory Act. This declared that the British have the right to tax the colonies. Because they said they have the right to tax the colonies, this led to the townshend acts.
