Description:
The British Army had intended to capture rebel leaders Samuel Adams and John Hancock in Lexington and destroy the Americans store of weapons and ammunition in Concord. But, the night before riders, like Paul Revere, went out and warned the colonists that the British were coming. Sam Adams and John Hancock escaped and they were able to hid some of the weapons.
