Description:
Jesus died by crucifixion after Jewish elders and Romans worked together to bring down the self-proclaimed King of Israel, which the Romans and Jews saw as going against society and straining the Jewish religion, respectively. He died on the cross, and three days later rose from the dead (resurrected) in body and spirit.
