The Atlantic Charter is a joint declaration of post-war aims between U.S. and Great Britain. They agree to collective security, disarmament, self-determination, economic cooperation, and freedom of the seas.
This document becomes the bases of the Declaration of the United Nations. On Jan 24, 1942, the Declaration is signed by 26 nations including the U.S. and Great Britain.
