Ziggurat
Description:
They are made to honor the main god of the city. (the god is the king, they believed that the king is chosen by the gods, and is then a god.) Most ziggurats have been destroyed over 7 thousands of years, but one very large one stays standing in babylon.
This is interesting because it showed that the kings were thought to be gods, and that they were made ziggurats for the king/god.
