Signed in the year 1628 by Charles The I. This gave money to Charles The I which allowed him to continue fighting against the French, but he had to agree to four separate terms
1. He would not imprison subjects without due cause
2. He would not levy taxes without parliament's consent
3. He would not house soldiers in private homes
4. He would not impose martial law in peacetime
