The party is strongly anti-communist as well, making both of its central ideologies intriguing to then young Hitler. Furthermore, it is also quite Antisemitic.
Over time Hitler began to acquire more and more recognition, which came with authority, which ultimately led him to being one of its forefront leaders. Here the name for the party became the Nationalist Socialist Democratic Party instead.
By 1921, Hitler became chairman of the 'Nazi's.'
