Advanced Ion engines were first introduced by Giperstruy aircraft company. These Ion engines were first used on the Tempter II jet aircraft. The aircraft used large amounts of xenon and was capable of accelerating large amounts of ions at a time. The craft moved at a top speed of 516 MP/H
