Description:
John Rogers printed the second complete English Bible in 1537. He printed it under the name "Thomas Matthew". The Bible had translations of Tyndale, whose writings had been condemned by the English authorities. Although the Bible had multiple inspirations from other people, it's most commonly known as the Matthew-Tyndale Bible. It went through an identical second edition printing.
