Description:

Cause: Napoleon made himself emperor in order to solidify his place as the French Tyrant of Europe, and he did this in order to rebel against the religious clergy in his country as well and their power going against him.
Effect: This caused Napoleon to basically become a somewhat dictator of France, who could not be challenged.
