apr 20, 1921 - The Senate ratifies the Thompson-Urrutia Treaty which had been signed on April 6, 1914, “for the settlement of their differences arising out of the events which took place on the Isthmus of Panama in November 1903.” It included language interpreted to be an apology for the seizure of Panama by T. Roosevelt.
