A referendum was held to decide the issue, and the results were extremely close, ending in a near 50/50 split. In the final decision, InfinityZoom187 cast the deciding vote, changing his position from “no” to “yes” after reconsidering the proposal and recognizing its potential benefits. As a result, the flag change was approved on this date. The magenta color was removed from the flag for the first time in over two years, marking a symbolic return to an earlier era of Inostropian history.
