jan 1, 1927 - 1927 The first Mr. Hotdog restaurant opens in Michigan and quickly becomes a chain. The only one left today is in Bay City where my grandparents live. It's a big tradition to eat there when we go to visit, and at one point we had it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
