After a dragon established it's lair in the nearby skin mountains (bordering the [FEC] territory) a party was send out to kill it, headed by [CHARACTER]. They were ultimately successful and it was uncovered that the lair was an abandoned spawning pool facility.

Lordship over the mountains was granted to Lo'bori, who been serving in the Az'laa court for several decades now, and was the only unlanded slann in the kingdom.
